About Department:

The KKR & KSR Institute of Technology and Sciences established INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY stream in the year 2019 with an intake of 60 seats, Later the intake was increased from 60 to 180 in the academic year 2020-21

The department provides state of art computing facilities to the students with well equipped labs and Computer centre are fully air conditioned with adequate UPS backup & internet facility.

The B.Tech., INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY program emphasizes on creative thinking, ability to critically analyses and synthesize issues for scientific observations, decision making to solve problems, improve communication and other soft skills. Skills are developed through a combination of knowledge development and practice study of courses. The Department is implementing Outcome Based Education (OBE).

The Department of IT has well-qualified and experienced faculty with 3 Doctorates who will take care of the technical and research needs of the students
