  • Working as Professor of English, Counselling Psychologist, Member in Board of Studies, Teacher Trainer, Adviser to Student Support Systems, Trainer in Softskills such as presentation skills, interpersonal communication, elocution, facing interviews, writing skills etc.,
  • Did M.A (Lit) from the University of Madras in 1983.
  • Did Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from IGNOU, New Delhi in 2003.
  • Got awarded Ph.D in English for the thesis titled, "A Study of Flowchart as a Tool to Improve the English Language Learning Ability of the Marginalised Students" in 2016.
  • Did M.Sc (Psychology) from Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur.
  • Wrote articles for Prathibha column, Eenadu, a leading Telugu daily and for Ananda Bhoomi, a monthly.
  • Worked as the Master Trainer for British Counsel and APSCHE program.
  • Acted as Convenor for the National Workshop held at the institute on the theme of "Retooling Language Teaching for the Students of Professional Programs", acted as a Resource person for National Seminars and workshops.
  • Imparting English Language Learning programs for teachers and students in Colleges and Schools as social responsibility.
  • Worked as District Coordinator during Akshara Deepthi, an adult education program conducted in Guntur dist, mobilised thousands of volunteers to teach thousands of unschooled and uneducated adults  in slums of Guntur city.
